Dimensions: 5" tall; top dia. 2-1/8"; base 7-1/4" long x 3" wide; loudspeaker portion only length: 3-1/2"; 3-3/8" between mid-left screw mount hole to mid hole; 2-1/2" between top and bottom hole midpoint. Inside the horn, that is not rust, it is paint just like on the outside; some has chipped off, some stayed.
